It is shown that certain known integral inequalities imply directly a well-known embedding theorem of Besov spaces.

Ul’yanov–type Inequalities and Embeddings between Besov Spaces: the Case of Parameters with Limit Values
In this paper we obtain some limit cases of inequalities of Ul’yanov-type for modulus of smoothness between Lorentz-Zygmund spaces on Tn . Corresponding embedding theorems for the Besov spaces are investigated. Mathematics subject classification (2010): 41A17, 46E30, 46E35, 46M35.
متن کاملEntropy Numbers of Trudinger–strichartz Embeddings of Radial Besov Spaces and Applications
The asymptotic behaviour of entropy numbers of Trudinger–Strichartz embeddings of radial Besov spaces on Rn into exponential Orlicz spaces is calculated. Estimates of the entropy numbers as well as estimates of entropy numbers of Sobolev embeddings of radial Besov spaces are applied to spectral theory of certain pseudo-differential operators.

We prove embedding theorems for fully anisotropic Besov spaces. More concrete, inequalities between modulus of continuity in different metrics and of Sobolev type are obtained. Our goal is to get sharp estimates for some anisotropic cases previously unconsidered.
متن کاملEmbeddings and the growth envelope of Besov spaces involving only slowly varying smoothness
We characterize local embeddings of Besov spaces B p,r involving only a slowly varying smoothness b into classical Lorentz spaces. These results are applied to establish sharp local embeddings of Besov spaces in question into Lorentz-Karamata spaces. As consequence of these results, we are able to determine growth envelopes of spaces B p,r and to show that we cannot describe all local embedding...
متن کاملTraces of vector-valued Sobolev Spaces
The aim of the paper is to characterize the trace space of vector-valued Sobolev spaces W p (R , E) , where E is an arbitrary Banach space. In particular, we do not assume that the underlying Banach space E has the UMD property. Vector-valued Sobolev and Besov spaces are widely used in abstract evolution equations, cf. e.g. Amann [1, 2, 4], Veraar and Weis [57] or Denk, Hieber, Prüss, Saal, and...
